Madhusudhan AV is an entrepreneur with 15+ years of experience across real estate and startups, bringing together business strategy, entrepreneurship and real estate development.
An IIM Bangalore alumnus, he brings an entrepreneurial perspective to identifying opportunities, structuring businesses and creating long-term value. His experience spans real estate, PropTech and startup ventures, giving him exposure to business building, technology, customer behaviour, strategic partnerships and execution.
At Samskruthi Properties, Madhusudhan focuses on business strategy, project structuring, partnerships, investment opportunities and overall growth, with a vision to build a trusted and scalable real estate development platform.

Nagesh Yadav BM
Real Estate & Land Development
Nagesh Yadav BM brings nearly two decades of experience in real estate, with extensive experience in land acquisition and development.
His career has given him deep practical knowledge of the real estate ecosystem, particularly in identifying land opportunities, evaluating development potential, negotiating with landowners and structuring land transactions.
With strong on-ground understanding of the land and development process, Nagesh plays an important role in land sourcing, acquisition, development strategy and project execution at Samskruthi Properties. His experience and relationships across the real estate ecosystem provide the company with valuable insight into the practical aspects of taking a project from land identification to development and execution.
